Why?

WebSurveys @ Service Connect is all about listening. Relationships of all kinds work better when all parties are able to hear and understand each other clearly. Successful organisations know that a deep understanding of your stakeholders needs and desires is one of the foundations for success - and to understand, one must first listen.
